Ease for Aina was birthed from a great necessity 

living out out alignment could no longer continue

it began as pausing intentionally, 

moving at the pace of my truth and 

finally unraveling all the mysterious cloaks placed upon me. 

My ease and wellbeing grew through Intuitive Living, I grew through Intuitive Living.

The four pillars of this practice have offered more than clarity over the years, 

It deepened me 

it nurtured my identity
